Kacey Troyer, founder and director, has helped many providers and lenders in their early startup days. Kacey Troyer
Kacey is an experienced leader in offering effective solutions to the healthcare and real estate industries. Since 1987, he was employed by Valuation Counselors, Inc., one of the leading, national valuation firms. He later held the position as Director for KPMG's National Senior Living Services practice. Kacey's specialties include guidance and due diligence for large private and institutional investor groups, objective solutions for HUD financing; feasibility reporting; locating optimum markets and assets, as well as highest and best use/alternative use studies for under-performing real estate assets. Kacey's focused efforts have included the sectors of assisted living, senior living, affordable housing, behavioral health as well as private rehabilitative prisons and specialty hospitals. Base services he provides are comprised of transaction assistance, feasibility studies valuation/appraisal and other investment advisory services. His consulting assignments mostly include issues of value, pricing, acquisition and divestiture strategies, workout answers, restructuring, litigation, real estate development as well as equity and debt solutions. Kacey has valued healthcare and senior living related assets of over $6 billion, and is very active on the speakers' circuit addressing related solutions. He is actively involved with many associations and investor groups. Kacey earned a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from Eastern Illinois University and an MBA from Rider University with emphasis in Health Care Administration from Temple University. Kacey is not hesitant in sharing his passion towards improving the lives of seniors and other overlooked populations with new product and service developments. Kacey is licensed as a Certified General Appraiser in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and other states as needed.
Ben Slabaugh
Ben brings a fresh, new view to the company with experience in published scientific research and data modeling. Ben’s natural leadership abilities have brought Troyer Advisors, LLC into the 21st century with a new digital revolution in the way Troyer Advisors brings creativity and problem solving to our clients. Ben manages many of our large projects and has helped diversify Troyer Advisors' service offering with web-based dashboarding, market mapping, reputation analysis, financial data modeling and model automation through computer programming. Ben graduated with honors, earning a B.S. in Environmental Science from Messiah College in 2004, was a member of Sigma Zeta honor society and a diplomat for the Natural Sciences department. He has also furthered his education with courses in real estate valuation.
Bridget Nace
Bridget joined Troyer Advisors in 2010 as a key asset in market data acquisition and analysis. Bridget completed her B.A. from Messiah College with a background in Business Management. She provides strength and support to field visits and market analysis as well as conducts many of our reputation analysis reports, studying net promotor scores and a facility's marketing effectiveness in various markets. She has assisted in the repositioning of client's assests as they seek to gain a better understanding of their strengths and challenges in a volitile market.
Heather Ryan
Heather brings much expertise in intellectual captial and is instrumental in data analysis and office operations. She is a graduate of Messiah College with a B.S. in Business Administration and an Accounting minor. She has served as a project leader for The Collaboratory for Strategic Partnerships and Applied Research; who's mission is to increase hope and transform lives through projects that foster justice, empower the poor, reconcile adversaries and care for the earth. Through trips to Chile, Zambia and a semester abroad in England, Heather brings a rounded depth of experience to our team.
Allen Brubaker
Allen has a depth of knowledge in the computer sciences with experience in application development and dashboard composition. He is leading the way with innovation and concentrated energy as we seek to improve our service offering with web-based applications. Allen is currently completing his M.S. in Computer Science from the Pennsylvania State University.
Stephen Gift, CPA
With a background in financial advisory, accounting and tax services, Steve brings an enhanced financial perspective to Troyer Advisors, LLC. He founded Gift & Associates, LLC in 1984 which serves for profit and non-profit clients throughout the mid-Atlantic, providing supportive and insightful services, improving clients’ financial operations. Since then he’s founded the IFS Group, LLC in 2001, a financial advisory firm and Paysmart Payroll Services, LLC in 2002. Steve also brings several accountants and financial advisors to the Troyer Advisors, LLC team. Steve’s group is available to Troyer Advisors, LLC as needed with 25 staff members.
