Ben brings a fresh, new view to the company with experience in published entomological research and data modeling. Ben’s natural leadership abilities have brought Troyer Advisors, LLC into the 21st century with a new digital revolution in the way Troyer Advisors brings creativity and problem solving to our clients. Ben manages many of our large projects and has helped diversify Troyer Advisors' service offering with web-based dashboarding, market mapping, reputation analysis, financial data modeling, and model automation through computer programming. He has also co-presented at industry conferences on integrating technology and senior housing communities as well as repositioning your community to meet the changing needs of the senior population. Ben graduated with honors, earning a B.S. in Environmental Science from Messiah College in 2004, was a member of Sigma Zeta honor society, and a diplomat for the Natural Sciences department. He has also furthered his education with courses in real estate valuation and received his Certified Aging Services Professional certification from the University of North Texas.
